BETHANY DIEDRICH took to the peaks of Colorado with her Family last May. Her goal ?
..to "Do It".
here's an LU obervation -- kids (you know, the FUTURE) will learn (and, thus, DO) what they see.
you can tell them all day long to "get out there and do it"...
...but if she/he sees YOU sitting around and NOT out there DOING it...
...then she/he will do what they SEE YOU doing (sitting around being NOT out there and NOT DOING it)...
..he / she will emulate what what they SEE YOU DOING...
..or NOT DOING...
..powerful..
YOU ARE POWERFUL.

...they hiked through the mud and a stream or two....
..they worked up a nice sweat...
...they huffed and puffed in the thin air...
...they made a memory of a Lifetime....

JOHN LANCIAL has been setting his sights on mountain peaks for a few years now.
...he identifies his goal...
..he sets his path to train...
...he makes it happen...
ONE may argue that JOHN LANCIAL is hindered by a medical condition that makes climbing more difficult...makes the peak feel steeper than it would feel for the common man...
but of course, JOHN LANCIAL is NOT the common man..
...his is, in fact, the opposite..
JOHN LANCIAL is true bLUe LU..... the man is UNCOMMON.
and so, everyday JOHN LANCIAL proves it..
..JOHN LANCIAL's medical condition does not hinder him or affect his goal setting...
...in fact, JOHN would say that his medical condition PROPELS him to reach higher, dream bigger..
..pretty cool, huh?

TOM HEPNER climbed to the peak in late August...

..the 5K event (which is SOLD OUT as of today) will go off at 9AM up a block or two, from you guessed it -- from LAGOMARCINO's.
Lagomarcino's will have carmel apples and hot cocoa on site for the after party, so plan to be back and partake -- bring a few bucks for this..
