Live Uncommon - Never Giving Up, Always Giving Back.

I have been active all my life and last year decided to take on Triathlons. I became addicted to the sport and have been training to do better. This year I started running in 5K races, again became addicted. The 5K races really help me in my conditioning for the triathlons and so far have been such a blast. My goal this year is to place in the top 5 in my age group at the Chicago Lifetime Tri along with getting my 5K time down to the 20:00-21:00 mark.

I have been blessed with a wonderful wife Heather and 4 children, Jensyn, Lexi, Hannah and Parker who all support me. They always come to cheer me on and yes once in a while make fun of me for doing something dorky! Their support is a major help and drive in keeping me going!

I am joining the LU race team to give back to the people and charities in need. I believe we all should do our part in helping out others and this is me doing what I love and being able to give back at the same time!

I will be running for :

Homes for Our Troops: strongly committed to helping those who have selflessly given to their country and have returned home with serious disabilities and injuries.

I strongly believe in honoring and supporting our troops of all branches. Both active and retired. They all deserve our respect and gratitude.

I will also be giving a portion of the funds I raise to the wonderful charities in the LU race series!
